Chemical changes through baking - T4W2 Thurday
Walht: Write a paragraph on chemical change.
Baking Pikelets to see Chemical Changes. First of all a Chemical change is a result of a new substance in which can not be reversed. Before we discover chemical change, we needed to complete the scientific method. Asking a question and making an assumption. Combined ingredients help chemical changes but through baking, it is heat. - Release of gas (Bubbles form)
- Colour change ( Golden brown)
- Temperature change
Once you know when your pancakes are finished through chemical change, you can enjoy them. Delicious!

Comparing Diwali with the Kings Brithday - Reading T4W2
Walt: Compare and contrast 2 or 3 celebrations ( Diwali with a celebration from your culture.)
This week I made a comparison between Diwali and a festival from my culture which is Tonga. The middle oval contained the similarities between the two and the sides were the differences. I enjoyed discovering the differences. Overall I think I would do this again.
